Steven is a husband and father who lives in the Grandville, MI area. He completed a M.A.T. from Fuller Theological Seminary at the extension campus in Colorado

Springs, CO and has a B.B.A. from Evangel College in Springfield, MO.

Pastoral experience includes being the Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship at Faith
Covenant Church in Farmington Hills and being a Youth Pastor for over 10 years at churches in MI, OH, and CO. During that time, he also spent lots of time working alongside Young Life and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). He continues to speak to local high school football teams through FCA. He has also spent time in the publishing world while at David C. Cook.

Steven, with the help of his wife, became the founding pastor of LifeChurch in 2006.
